Itinerary

  • Arrive in Srinagar, the enchanting summer capital of Kashmir, renowned for its scenic lakes, Mughal gardens, and timeless charm.
  • Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and spend the remainder of the day at leisure. Guests may explore the local markets or enjoy an optional Shikara ride on the iconic Dal Lake.

Overnight Stay: Srinagar

  • After breakfast, drive through the picturesque Kashmir Valley to Sonmarg, famously known as the “Meadow of Gold.”
  • Surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks, glaciers, and alpine meadows, Sonmarg serves as the gateway to Ladakh and offers stunning views in every direction.

  • Begin your journey into Ladakh by crossing the legendary Zojila Pass. Stop at Drass, known as the “Gateway to Ladakh” and home to the renowned Kargil War Memorial.

⁠Special Tips

Ladakh is a high-altitude destination. Guests are advised to rest adequately upon arrival, stay hydrated, and avoid strenuous activity during the initial days of the journey.

Recommended Medical Kit

Carry personal prescription medicines along with basic medicines for fever, cold, allergies, motion sickness, digestion, ORS, and a first-aid kit. Consult your doctor regarding Acetazolamide (AMS medication).

Mobile Connectivity

Postpaid mobile connections generally work better in Ladakh. Connectivity may be limited in remote areas such as Pangong, Hanle, and Tso Moriri.

Weather

Weather conditions in Ladakh can change rapidly. Warm layered clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, gloves, and a windproof jacket are highly recommended.

Cancellation Policy

1.1 Booking Confirmation 

Your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or 50% advance of the total trip cost, followed by a written confirmation from our side. Once confirmed, the booking will be subject to this policy.

1.2 Advance Payment / Deposit

A non-refundable advance payment (as specified in the quotation/confirmation) is required to confirm and secure your booking. This advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation by you, irrespective of the time of cancellation. The deposit helps us block seats, make supplier commitments, and plan the tour.

1.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling

-If a rescheduling date request comes within 30 days from the trip date, the booking amount can neither be adjusted to your next date nor refunded.

-If a rescheduling date request comes prior to 30 days, it can be done without any cancellation charges in the case of domestic trips.

 In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

– Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment after deducting the applicable charges.
