30–45 days | 25% of total booking amount |
15–29 days | 50% of total booking amount |
7–14 days | 75% of total booking amount |
Less than 7 days / No-show | 100% of total booking amount |
– All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or the booking portal.
– The following items are strictly Non-Refundable Items (under any circumstances):
– Visa processing fees
– Travel insurance premiums
– Airline, train, bus,ferry or any third-party transport cancellation charges
– Government taxes, surcharges, or permit fees
– Special requests ,upgrades or add-on services
– Safari permits or similar regulated entries
– In the case of unforeseen weather conditions , natural disasters , political unrest , strikes or government restrictions, certain activities may be altered or cancelled and in such cases, the Company shall make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative arrangements of comparable value. However, no refund shall be payable for services not availed due to such circumstances.
– Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment after deducting the applicable charges.
1.4 Company-Initiated Cancellations or Changes
Aveentour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to insufficient participants (common in group tours), operational/safety concerns, Supplier issues, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will offer you either:
– A full refund of the amount paid, or
– An alternative travel date or itinerary (subject to availability).
1.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, extreme weather, government actions, or permit denials.
