  • Additional safaris, activities, excursions or sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Accommodation, vehicle or safari upgrades.
  • Expenses arising due to weather conditions, road closures, park restrictions or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any increase in government taxes, safari fees, entry charges or other statutory levies after confirmation.

Itinerary

Your journey begins at Jabalpur, where your private vehicle will meet you for the drive to Bandhavgarh.

Leave the city behind as the landscape gradually changes — open countryside giving way to forests and the quieter rhythm of central India.

On arrival, check in to your jungle resort and settle into the surroundings. Keep the evening slow: enjoy the resort, take in the forest atmosphere and prepare for an early start tomorrow.

Morning Safari

Rise early and set out into the forest as the day begins. Explore Bandhavgarh’s varied terrain of forests, grasslands and waterholes, keeping watch for its rich wildlife — including tiger, leopard, sloth bear, gaur, sambar, chital and an impressive variety of birdlife.

Carry your packed breakfast for the safari and continue exploring the national park.

Return to the resort after the safari and enjoy some time to relax.

After lunch, head out for your afternoon safari, following forest trails as the wilderness comes alive in the golden evening light.
Return to the resort, relax and share stories of your sightings before winding down over a hearty dinner, with the anticipation of what tomorrow’s forest may bring.

Today is dedicated entirely to the wilderness.

Safari Tips

WILDLIFE DO’S AND DON’T’S

  • Do not disturb wild animals. Wildlife is fun to watch but should be left alone
  • Respect the wild animals. Remember, you are in their home and they get first priority.
  • Do not play music, honk or speak loudly. Silence can help you hear wildlife
  • Do not litter the place with polythene bags, tetra packs and other such materials.
  • Do not wear perfumes or any other strong-smelling substances. The animals are sensitive to smell and it may arouse their curiosity
  • Wear colours that blend with the forest – khaki, brown and olive green are ideal colours to wear in anational park.
  • Mobile phones are not permitted during the safari experience.
  • Guests are required to carry valid original photo identification as submitted at the time of safari permit booking.

Important Information:

  • Wildlife sightings, including tiger sightings, are not guaranteed and are entirely dependent on natural conditions and animal movement.
  • Safari zones are allocated by the Forest Department and are subject to availability at the time of permit booking.
  • Safari permits are strictly non-refundable once booked.
  • Name changes or guest replacements are not permitted after the booking has been confirmed and submitted.
  • Any additional safari, change of safari zone or special safari arrangement beyond the inclusions mentioned above will be charged separately.

Safari operations are subject to park regulations, weather conditions, forest conditions and government/forest department directives. In the event of a park closure or operational restriction, the applicable rules will prevail.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

1.1 Booking Confirmation 

A booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of either 100% of the total trip cost or minimum of 50% advance payment of the total trip cost , and upon issuance of a written confirmation from the Company. Once confirmed, the booking shall be governed strictly by the terms of this policy.

1.2 Advance Payment / Deposit

A non-refundable advance payment (as specified in the quotation/confirmation) is required to confirm and secure your booking. This advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation by you, irrespective of the time of cancellation. The deposit helps us blocking inventory, confirming third-party services, and operational planning.

1.3 Customer Cancellation Charges

– All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or the booking portal.

– The following items are strictly Non-Refundable Items (under any circumstances):

  – Visa processing fees

  – Travel insurance premiums

  – Airline, train, bus,ferry or any third-party transport cancellation charges

  – Government taxes, surcharges, or permit fees

  – Special requests ,upgrades or add-on services

  – Safari permits or similar regulated entries

  – In the case of unforeseen weather conditions , natural disasters , political unrest , strikes or government restrictions,  certain activities may be altered or cancelled and in such cases, the Company shall make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative arrangements of comparable value. However, no refund shall be payable for services not availed due to such circumstances.

– Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment after deducting the applicable charges.
